General
This document is an official public offer by Pelart⁺ to enter into a distance contract of sale. The seller is Pelart⁺, Kyiv, Ukraine. Placing an order on the website means the buyer accepts all the terms set out below.
Products & prices
All products are skincare items. Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (₴) and include all applicable taxes. We may change prices and the assortment at any time; orders already placed keep the price valid at the time of ordering.
Placing an order
Orders are placed on the website without mandatory registration. The buyer agrees to provide accurate contact and delivery details. After ordering, we may contact you to confirm the order.
Payment
Available payment methods: online by card (Visa / Mastercard via the WayForPay service) and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed securely on the payment provider's side; we do not store your card details.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta across Ukraine (courier, parcel locker or branch). Delivery times and costs are described on the Help page.
Returns & refunds
You may return a product within 14 days under the conditions described on the Help → Returns page. Refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment.
Liability
The seller is not liable for improper use of the products. Please review the ingredients before use; if you are prone to allergies, do a patch test on a small area of skin. The products are not medicines.
Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
